This study aims to determine the effect of workload and motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of Class II / B Penitentiary employees in Bangkinang City. The analysis used is multiple analysis with 99 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by t test and F test. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that simultaneous workload and motivation affect employee performance. Based on partial test, workload and motivation significantly influence employee performance.
