Nusantara Plantation VSei Fence. Intellectual Capital is a feature needed to find opportunities and manage threats in life. The analysis used in this research is a multiple linear analysis with a total of 121 respondents. Hypothesis testing was tried with the F test and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially capability and authority affect the intellectual capital of employees. The population in this study were all employees of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branch office of Panam Pekanbaru as many as 30 people where 26 people had a bachelor's degree (S1) education and 4 people from high school equivalent. The sampling technique was carried out using a saturated sampling technique, which means that if there are less than 100 people, it is better to take all of them. This is often done when the population is relatively small. The sample set in this study were all employees of the Bpjs Manpower at the Panam Pekanbaru branch office as many as 30 people. The population in this study are all consumers who have received services by consumers at PT.Putri Midai in Bangkinang using the solvin formula so that 94 consumers can be determined to be samples. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significant level ( 0.05. The results of this study conclude that service quality and price affect customer satisfaction at PT. Putri Midai in bangkinang, with a significance value of less than 0.05. The results of this analysis indicate that service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. The sample in this study were Kerinci Police officers totaling 217 people. The sampling technique is a census technique because the number of employees is only 217 people who fill out the questionnaire. The type of data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Test the research instrument validity and reliability test. Data analysis techniques consist of data description test, classical assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. Graha Pratama Fish in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District. The population in this study were all consumers who bought catfish nugget products at UPR CV. Graha Pratama Fish in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District in 2020, totaling 1,244 consumers and based on the Slovin formula it is known that the number of samples in this study amounted to 93 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of simultaneous and partial tests, the variables of product quality, price and promotion proved to have an effect on the sales volume of catfish nuggets at UPR CV. The sample is 40 members of the Kerinci Criminal Investigation Unit. The research method is descriptive and associative research by drawing conclusions using quantitative methods. The results of the study partially affect work-life balance on work stress. Workload has no effect on work stress.
